How do I return an item?
All full-priced and sale merchandise may be returned in its original condition (unused with tags attached) for store credit, minus the shipping charges, within 30 days of ship date.
Defective items may be returned for a full refund. If you receive an item that is defective, you must notify Ecoutrement within 3 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund. Ecoutrement will cover all shipping charges for damaged or defective items. Once being informed that you received a damaged or defective item, Ecoutrement will mail or email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
If you are not happy with your item, and would like to initiate a return, please contact Ecoutrement by email (contact@ecoutrement.com) or phone (949-375-1599) and we will direct you on where to send your purchase and when to expect your refund or store credit.
