How do I return an item?
All full-priced and sale merchandise may be returned in its original condition (unused with tags attached) for store credit within 30 days of ship date. If you receive an item that is defective, you must notify Ecoutrement within 3 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for return.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

NOTE: CONTACT ECOUTREMENT TO ALERT US OF YOUR RETURN BEFORE SHIPPING ITEMS TO US. If Ecoutrement is not alerted to the return before you ship the item back, Ecoutrement has every right to refuse the return at the expense of the purchaser.
